Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Rahet Baal

General

What is Rahet Baal?

Rahet Baal is a digital inheritance and asset vault platform designed for the MENA region. It helps you document your assets, designate beneficiaries, and ensure smooth transfer of your digital and physical assets to your loved ones.

How does the inheritance process work?

You document your assets, add beneficiaries, create an inheritance plan, and set up triggers (date, inactivity, or manual report). When a trigger is activated, our team verifies the claim and facilitates the transfer process.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use bank-level encryption for all sensitive data, mandatory two-factor authentication, and strict access controls. Your data is stored securely and only accessible to you until a verified trigger occurs.

Pricing & Billing

What plans do you offer?

We offer three plans: Basic ($2/month), Standard ($5/month), and Premium ($10/month). Each plan offers different features and limits. You can save with annual billing.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your billing accordingly.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, new accounts get a 14-day free trial of our Premium plan, so you can explore all features before committing.

Security & Privacy

Who can see my asset information?

Only you can see your complete asset information while you're alive. Our support team cannot see your sensitive data. After a verified trigger, designated beneficiaries receive access according to your plan.

What happens if I forget my password?

You can reset your password using your registered email. We also support two-factor authentication recovery using backup codes.

Inheritance Process

What triggers can I set up?

Three types: 1) Scheduled date - releases on a specific date. 2) Inactivity - triggers if you don't log in for a specified period. 3) Manual report - someone files a death report with documentation.

How do you verify death reports?

We require official death certificates and verify them through our ops team. We may also contact other beneficiaries and use additional verification methods.

Is this service Sharia-compliant?

Rahet Baal is a documentation and planning tool. We recommend consulting with Islamic scholars or legal advisors to ensure your inheritance plan aligns with Sharia principles for your jurisdiction.
